Ivanti Neurons for ITSM Developer 

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Ivanti Neurons for ITSM Developer / Analyst to configure, customize, enhance, and support an enterprise ITSM platform. The role will work closely with business users, OIT teams, Business Analysts, QA, developers, and project stakeholders to translate IT service-management requirements into scalable workflows, business rules, forms, service catalogs, automation, integrations, dashboards, and reports.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Ivanti Neurons for ITSM/ITAM, strong knowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes, and experience supporting enterprise platform development, testing, releases, integrations, and production operations. Experience with ServiceNow, BMC, Jira Service Management, or ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus is also valuable.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and translate business and technical requirements into scalable ITSM solutions.

• Configure and customize Ivanti workflows, business rules, forms, layouts, business objects, dashboards, reports, and automation.

• Develop and support Incident, Service Request, Change/Release, Knowledge Management, and Service Catalog functionality.

• Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs, JSON, and other supported integration technologies.

• Troubleshoot workflow, integration, data, and platform issues and provide timely production support.

• Develop SQL-based reports, dashboards, analytics, and operational metrics; SSRS experience is preferred.

• Prepare technical documentation, including configuration documents, workflow diagrams, deployment guides, and release/change documentation.

• Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, demonstrations, environment promotion, production deployments, and post-release validation.

• Participate in CAB activities and manage ITSM platform changes through implementation and closure.

• Collaborate with PMs, BAs, QA, developers, and technical teams in Agile/Scrum and CI/CD environments, including two-week sprint cycles.

• Support platform upgrades, enhancements, releases, troubleshooting, and ongoing ITSM operations.

• Perform other related duties and assignments as required.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience configuring, developing, or supporting an enterprise ITSM platform.

• Experience with workflows, business rules, forms, service catalogs, dashboards, reports, and automation.

• Working knowledge of JavaScript, SQL, REST APIs, JSON, and low-code/no-code development.

• Understanding of ITSM/ITIL processes, including Incident, Service Request, Change/Release, Knowledge, and Service Catalog Management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Ivanti Neurons for ITSM / ITAM and familiarity with the Ivanti object model.

• Experience with ServiceNow, BMC, Jira Service Management, or ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus.

• Experience with package/project development, version management, environment promotion, and release management.

• Strong SQL Server skills; SSRS experience preferred.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, DevOps, or similar delivery environments.

• ITIL certification preferred.
