Technical Specialist

Sonora Quest Laboratories is seeking a Technical Specialist to support and optimize our IT and software solutions in a fast-paced, innovative lab environment. You will configure, maintain, and troubleshoot applications and integrations that power our operations, ensuring reliability, data integrity, and excellent user experience. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll translate business needs into technical solutions, participate in testing and deployments, create clear documentation, and provide user training. Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support software and IT solutions for laboratory operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand technical requirements and translate them into solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, interface, and system issues in a timely manner
• Support system integrations, data flows, and connectivity with clinical and business systems
• Create and maintain technical documentation, configurations, and standard operating procedures
• Participate in testing, validation, and deployment of new features and system enhancements
• Train and support end users on software tools, workflows, and best practices
• Monitor system performance, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend optimizations
