W2 Role : PLM Project Manager

About the Role: We are looking for a PLM PMO role for one of our client based in Irvine, CA. The Implementation Consultant will lead Product Lifecycle Management transformation initiatives with program leadership, and stakeholder engagement. Candidate has to work for minimum 50% of work days in the client office at Irvine, CA.

Required Qualifications: 10+ years PLM Project Management, with 3+ years in Foods & Beverages.
Experience Level: Project Manager
Responsibilities
1. Project Management:
- Manage scope, resources, budgets, schedules, risks, and dependencies; establish governance; and coordinate cross-functional business and technology teams.
2. Customer and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as a trusted advisor, facilitate executive and working sessions, communicate design decisions, and support proposals, implementation estimates and transformation roadmaps.
3. Implementation & Delivery:
- Guide configuration, data migration, integrations, testing, training, deployment, adoption and hypercare while maintaining alignment with agreed business outcomes.
4. Manage large-scale deployments and transformation programs.
5. Manage project plans, implementation cycles - Tracking and Reporting
6. Facilitate CRP, UAT, training, and documentation. - NICE TO HAVE
