💼 Role: Senior IT Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead a large-scale Electronic Health Record (EHR) implementation supporting Pennsylvania Department of Health programs.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end EHR implementation and transition to operations
• Manage project planning, execution, governance, testing, and implementation
• Develop and maintain detailed Project Management Plans and schedules
• Track project scope, budget, milestones, risks, issues, and deliverables
• Manage RAID+ Logs and develop risk mitigation strategies
• Coordinate with IT, Informatics, Data, Networking, Security, vendors, and program teams
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and provide executive-level status reporting
• Coordinate system testing, training, and orientation
• Manage organizational change and business process improvement activities
• Ensure compliance with PMO standards, processes, and quality requirements

🔹 Required Qualifications:
✅ 7–9 years of Project Management experience
✅ Demonstrated EHR/EMR implementation experience
✅ Experience with Health IT / Health Informatics
✅ Active PMI PMP certification for at least 5 years
✅ PMP certification copy must be submitted with the resume
✅ Must currently reside in Pennsylvania
✅ Must be available to work 2 days/week in the Harrisburg office
✅ Experience managing complex technical initiatives and vendors

⭐ Preferred:
• Organizational Change Management (OCM)
• Public Health experience
• Business Process Reengineering
• Enterprise IT implementations
