The Role

• Oversee and manage the fashion and beauty departments, including apparel, home goods, leisure, perfumery, and cosmetics.

• Implement and execute commercial operations, including promotions and catalog management.
• Develop and analyze departmental budgets, implementing corrective actions to drive performance.
• Focus on increasing sales revenue for the assigned departments.
• Lead, train, and develop a team of approximately 20 employees.
