The Role

• Oversee and manage the entire fashion and beauty departments, including apparel, home goods, and cosmetics.
• Ensure adherence to the company's commercial policies and strategies.
• Implement and monitor all commercial operations, promotions, and catalog activities.
• Develop and execute action plans to enhance department performance and drive sales growth.
• Manage the department's budget effectively.
• Lead, train, and develop a team of approximately 20 employees.
