Job Description
Job Title: QA Automation Engineer- 14+ years exp
Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
- Experience with designing automated tests by creating scripts that run testing functions automatically.
- Experience in prioritizing test scenarios and creating execution plans to implement these scenarios.
- Experience in creating test plans, test cases, and preparing test environments.
- Experience in performing moderately complex functional, application, and regression testing.
- Knowledge of the software development life cycle and software development methodologies.
- Able to interpret requirement documents and update test documents accordingly.
- Strong familiarity with analysis, planning, and management reporting functions.
- Acquires knowledge of the Customer's business in assigned area.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work with Customer as needed during test cycle.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, team-playing, and oral and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to work successfully with technical and non-technical groups and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Experience with Texas DIR Project Delivery Framework and document templates.
- Familiarity with company's information architecture and information management methodologies.
- Familiarity with the existing and planned software technology and the global, regional, and local software architecture and infrastructure components.
- Experience testing healthcare applications.
- Experience with Katalon software.
- Design automated tests by creating scripts that run testing functions automatically.
- Determine the priority for test scenarios.
- Create execution plans to implement test scenarios.
- Create test plans and test cases.
- Prepare test environments.
- Perform functional, application, and regression testing.
- Interpret requirement documents and update test documentation accordingly.
- Design documentation for automated processes.
- Work with Customer as needed during the test cycle.
- Analyze, plan, and manage reporting functions.
- Work effectively with technical and non-technical groups while managing multiple responsibilities.
- Acquire knowledge of the Customer's business in the assigned area.
