Job Title: QA Automation Engineer- 14+ years exp

Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

Required Qualifications

• Experience with designing automated tests by creating scripts that run testing functions automatically.
• Experience in prioritizing test scenarios and creating execution plans to implement these scenarios.
• Experience in creating test plans, test cases, and preparing test environments.
• Experience in performing moderately complex functional, application, and regression testing.
• Knowledge of the software development life cycle and software development methodologies.
• Able to interpret requirement documents and update test documents accordingly.
• Strong familiarity with analysis, planning, and management reporting functions.
• Acquires knowledge of the Customer's business in assigned area.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work with Customer as needed during test cycle.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, team-playing, and oral and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to work successfully with technical and non-technical groups and manage multiple responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Texas DIR Project Delivery Framework and document templates.
• Familiarity with company's information architecture and information management methodologies.
• Familiarity with the existing and planned software technology and the global, regional, and local software architecture and infrastructure components.
• Experience testing healthcare applications.
• Experience with Katalon software.

Key Responsibilities

• Design automated tests by creating scripts that run testing functions automatically.
• Determine the priority for test scenarios.
• Create execution plans to implement test scenarios.
• Create test plans and test cases.
• Prepare test environments.
• Perform functional, application, and regression testing.
• Interpret requirement documents and update test documentation accordingly.
• Design documentation for automated processes.
• Work with Customer as needed during the test cycle.
• Analyze, plan, and manage reporting functions.
• Work effectively with technical and non-technical groups while managing multiple responsibilities.
