Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex, cross-functional technology programs from planning through implementation and operationalization across Platform Engineering, Infrastructure, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Architecture, and Application Development.
  • Develop and manage integrated program plans, roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery commitments across multiple technical workstreams.
  • Drive platform engineering, infrastructure modernization, cloud transformation, automation, observability, identity, networking, and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Coordinate and support Secure by Design, DevSecOps, SSDLC, threat modeling, vulnerability remediation, platform hardening, Zero Trust, and cyber resilience programs.
  • Support emerging technology initiatives, including AI governance, AI security, AI adoption, and emerging cybersecurity risk management.
  • Establish program governance and provide executive-level dashboards, status reports, KPIs, risk escalations, and decision support to senior leadership.
  • Facilitate collaboration and accountability across geographically distributed, matrixed teams while influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Identify and resolve delivery blockers while continuously improving execution discipline, organizational readiness, and business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience leading large-scale technology or technical programs, with 5+ years supporting infrastructure, platform engineering, cloud, enterprise architecture, or enterprise technology organizations.
  • Proven experience managing complex, enterprise-wide initiatives involving infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, architecture, operations, and application development teams.
  • Strong program management experience, including roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks/issues, governance, executive reporting, and delivery accountability.
  • Working knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, Windows/Linux, virtualization, cloud platforms, containers/Kubernetes, networking, IAM, automation/configuration management, monitoring/observability, SDLC, and CI/CD.
  • Strong understanding of Secure by Design, SSDLC, DevSecOps, threat modeling, vulnerability/exposure management, platform hardening, Zero Trust, identity security, and security governance.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and drive execution without direct authority in highly matrixed and geographically distributed organizations.
  • Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, organizational, and risk/dependency management skills.
  • PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent program management certification preferred/required based on hiring criteria; cybersecurity transformation, infrastructure modernization, Secure by Design, or AI governance experience is a strong plus.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
