Job Title: Senior Enablement Program Manager - Remote / Telecommute

Job Location: San Francisco, CA

Job Type: Contract

Pay Range: $84.65hr - $89.65hr

Job Overview:

Our client is seeking an experienced Enablement Program Manager to support the team. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments requiring practical solutions, enjoys building impactful learning experiences, and possesses a passion for enabling evolving technology and tools. The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Enablement Program Manager to develop and deliver training programs, optimize the learning tech stack, and support go-to-market teams as global partnerships scale.

Responsibilities:

Tooling enablement for the full field team, managers included:

  • Own and develop the Salesforce resource library for field teams: process step-by-steps, quick reference guides, job aids, and short live sessions.
  • Track changes in the Salesforce environment proactively. When a workflow changes, locate every affected resource and update it before the team notices.
  • Work with Salesforce admins and operations counterparts to stay informed of releases prior to deployment.
  • Support enablement for major tooling and process launches, managing fast turnarounds and evolving requirements.
  • Build role-based resources for Market Managers, Market Associates, and Account Executives, including pitch narratives, talking points, playbooks, objection handling materials, certifications, and mock calls.
  • Support administering the new hire onboarding program through access requests, toolkit updates, scheduling, and follow-through across several teams.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on Salesforce enablement experience, with 5+ years in enablement, L&D, or sales operations, including at least 3 years spent enabling a sales team on Salesforce. Ability to navigate an organization, understand relationships between objects, fields, record types, and stages, read reports, and advise admins on downstream documentation impacts.
  • Experience creating just-in-time content beyond traditional courses, such as one-pagers, quick reference guides, short videos, and in-tool guidance.
  • Proficiency in course authoring and content operations using tools like Articulate, alongside content platforms like Highspot for publishing, organizing, managing access, and tracking usage.
  • Demonstrated ownership running programs end-to-end with minimal oversight.
  • Practical application of AI within workflows to increase efficiency, paired with strong professional judgment.
  • Comfort working in a standard tech stack including Salesforce, Slack, Google Workspace, Asana, Airtable, and Looker.
  • A solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to identify problems and propose viable solutions.

Nice to Have:

  • Hospitality, travel, or marketplace business experience.
  • Specific experience with Highspot and Gong.
  • Instructional design training or an L&D background at a SaaS or marketplace company.
  • Experience supporting teams across multiple regions.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate is energized by solving problems and improving processes, taking initiative without waiting for direction. The candidate works effectively independently while knowing when to seek input, appreciates well-organized systems, and enjoys creating structure where needed.

The candidate thrives on seeing the direct impact of their work on team success and is driven to help teams scale efficiently.
