About the role

The SCC is looking for a PM to manage the transition to a new Banking partner for all its divisions and functions that either collect revenue, perform or support deposit duties and/or other monies processing in any capacity for the SCC (7 divisions).

This will require managing the overall deliverables and resources from all stake holders, which include the selected Banking partner resources, the SCC representatives from each Revenue collecting division (6), OCC (Office of Commission Comptroller) and ETS (Enterprise Technology Services).

As new technology and services will be deployed a key component will be to ensure a complete set of requirements are documented up front for each division.

In addition, this role will need to facilitate and support the divisions to identify changes in current processes needed to streamline activities and take full advantage of the new technology available from the selected Banking partner.

Skills/Requirements

• Experience in program management, product ownership, IT modernization, or enterprise delivery roles or equivalent combination Required 8 Years
• Process reengineering & mapping experience Required 8 Years
• Experience consistently driving on-time delivery by establishing clear milestones, proactively managing cross-division dependencies, Required 8 Years
• Exp with ensuring all stakeholders remain aligned on schedule commitments Required 8 Years
• Experience leading multi-division, high-visibility technology or modernization initiatives Required 8 Years
• Strong facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills Required 8 Years
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and familiarity with tools such as Jira, Planner, or similar Agile work-management platforms Required 8 Years
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams, Visio, Project, and PowerBI Required 8 Years
• Hands on professional to support teams and management navigate through significant processes changes Required 8 Years
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise initiative, and demonstrate professionalism and dependability. Required 8 Years
• Active PMP (pls upload under Reference tab) Required 8 Years
• CSM and SAFe certs Highly desired 8 Years
• Experience with banking platforms and Oracle a plus, or similar ERPs Highly desired 4 Years
• Experience with Revenue collections and /or cash management cycles and tools Desired 4 Years
• CSPO, PSPO, SAFe POPM, CSM, Lean Six Sigma, ITIL Foundation, or other Agile/product credentials Nice to have
