Job Title: SAP GTS Consultant

Job Location: Chicago, IL - 100% Onsite (5 Days Onsite/Week)

Job Description:-

Role Summary:

Design, implement, and support SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) solutions to ensure compliant, efficient cross-border trade operations.
Enable customs management, export controls, and trade compliance aligned with global regulations.

Key Responsibilities:-

Implement and configure SAP GTS modules (Compliance Management, Customs Management, Risk Management).
Support embargo checks, sanctioned party list (SPL) screening, export control, and license management.
Design and optimize customs processes (import/export declarations, duty management, FTZ).
Integrate SAP GTS with SAP ECC/S/4HANA and external customs/trade systems.
Conduct Fit-Gap analysis, prepare functional specs, and support developments/testing (SIT/UAT).
Ensure compliance with global trade regulations and audit requirements.
Support data migration, master data governance (BP, material classification), and cutover activities.
Provide production support and continuous improvements.

Required Qualifications:-

5 10 years of SAP GTS experience with at least 1 2 full lifecycle implementations.
Strong knowledge of global trade compliance, export controls, customs processes.
Hands-on configuration experience in GTS modules and integration with SAP ERP/S/4HANA.
Experience with partner government systems and EDI interfaces.
Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
