Pay Range: $60 /hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:

• Be a member of the Digital Workplace PMO team, responsible for medium- and large-scale global end-user project implementations and platform changes.
• Assist the Workplace AI Program Manager with the strategy, planning, and deployment of a firmwide AI program.
• Independently manage assigned projects, including Microsoft Copilot enhancements, new AI agent releases, and Claude Enterprise or equivalent AI platform rollouts.
• Lead multiple project teams in a hybrid environment, using Azure DevOps (ADO) for work management and traditional Waterfall project management methodologies and tools.
• Create, maintain, and manage project deployment schedules and implementation plans.
• Identify, track, and manage project- and program-level risks and issues, proactively resolving roadblocks to achieve project objectives.
• Prepare regular project status reports for senior management and support the Program Manager with program-level oversight and reporting.
• Collaborate with the User Education team to coordinate project communications, user training, and operational support for a global user base.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills; Agentic Framework EUC space, digital workplace transformation, change management, governance, security, user adoption, and enterprise-scale AI deployments.
• Minimum 5 years of IT project management experience, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Essential experience implementing end-user AI tools in complex enterprise environments, preferably within financial services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
• Experience preparing project updates, reports, and presentations for senior management.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities.
• At least one relevant certification, such as PRINCE2, PMP/PMI, Scrum Master, or an equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience working directly with Microsoft as a technology vendor.
• Microsoft certifications, particularly those related to Copilot or AI technologies.
