Mobile Vehicle Technician | Stoke-on-Trent, United Kingdom | On-site

The Role

  • Deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic services directly to customers at their locations.
  • Perform a variety of tasks including servicing, diagnostics, and general repairs on a range of light vehicles.
  • Manage stock, complete reporting, and maintain customer communication.
  • Operate independently, making informed decisions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the organisation with professionalism and pride on every customer interaction.

What You'll Need

  • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience as a vehicle technician.
  • A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 penalty points.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to think on your feet and adapt to different situations.
