The Role

• Deliver expert vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repair services directly to customers at their locations.
• Perform a variety of tasks including servicing, diagnostics, and general repairs on a range of light vehicles.
• Manage your own stock and complete necessary reporting for customer and vehicle records.
• Represent the company with professionalism and excellent customer service throughout each interaction.
• Operate independently, making sound judgments for each customer's unique needs.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle technician.
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 penalty points.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills to handle various vehicle issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers.
