Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support by handling inquiries via phone, email, and fax while delivering accurate product, service, and account information
• Process customer orders and payments with a high level of accuracy, ensuring a positive and efficient customer experience
• Maintain and update customer records, account details, and transaction data using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Partner with territory sales managers to support new customer onboarding, manage account needs, and strengthen client relationships

Required Skills && Experience

• 3+ years of experience is a high-volume customer service, client support, or related position
• Experience working in manufacturing/distribution, or related environment
• Must be able to work Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm
