Retail Service Specialist | Tustin, CA | Hybrid | $22.00 - $23.00 per hour

The Role

• Greet members and customers, identify needs, and provide outstanding service.
• Offer DMV vehicle licensing, registration, and notary services.
• Achieve sales and service goals for various products and services, with opportunities for incentives.
• Prepare travel materials such as maps, route guides, and destination information.
• Issue passport photos and process payments, ensuring accurate cash handling and drawer reconciliation.
• Make travel reservations and provide destination information.

What You'll Need

• Previous experience in retail sales, banking, or a similar customer service/sales role.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales and service quality targets.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid notary license.
• Proficiency with basic Microsoft Office applications.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday during office hours and Saturdays as required.
