Senior Living Community Sales Representative

Brightview Senior Living is seeking a Community Sales Associate to support occupancy growth in our vibrant senior living community. You'll welcome prospective residents and families, conduct tours, manage inquiries, and provide timely, compassionate follow-up. Partnering with the Sales Director and community team, you'll help execute outreach, events, and marketing activities to generate leads. Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective residents and families via phone, email, and in person
• Conduct engaging, informative community tours that highlight Brightview's services and lifestyle
• Support lead tracking and follow-up using CRM or similar systems
• Assist with planning and executing sales events and community outreach activities
• Collaborate with the Sales Director and community team to achieve occupancy goals
• Maintain accurate documentation of prospects, visits, and follow-up actions
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and professional referral sources
• Provide empathetic guidance to families navigating senior living decisions
• Coordinate with operations and care teams to ensure a seamless move-in experience
• Represent Brightview's resident-first, hospitality-focused culture in all interactions
