Key Requirements:
• 4+ years Deskside / Field IT Support
• Windows Desktop & Laptop Troubleshooting
• Hardware & Peripheral Break/Fix
• Printers, Monitors, Docking Stations & Workstations
• IMAC – Install, Move, Add, Change
• Device Deployment, Refresh & Replacement
• Basic Networking Troubleshooting
• ServiceNow / ITSM experience
• Enterprise / Healthcare IT experience preferred
• Smart Hands & Onsite Incident Resolution
• Asset Tracking & Lifecycle Management
• Business Hours + On-Call / Extended Support
