Pay Range: $35 - $37/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement communication strategies that enhance public relations and corporate messaging.
• Engage with government officials and community leaders to strengthen relationships and promote our client’s initiatives.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, meeting notes, and written communications that effectively convey key messages.
• Coordinate multiple projects, ensuring stakeholder engagement and timely task completion.
• Manage relationships with local businesses and other stakeholders to foster collaboration and support.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, media relations, or external affairs
• .Strong knowledge of government relations, public policy, and community relationships.
• Excellent writing and public speaking skills, with a proven ability to create engaging presentations.
• Demonstrated project coordination skills, with a track record of managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience in relationship management with community leaders, local businesses, and government officials.
• Familiarity with public policy advocacy and community engagement strategies.
• Experience in a corporate or utility environment.
