Automotive F&I Manager (Finance and Insurance Manager)

Berglund Automotive is seeking experienced Automotive F&I Managers to join our group in Roanoke, VA. Successful candidates will play a crucial role in driving our finance and insurance operations, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional customer service.
While many successful team members earn $80,000 to $175,000 annually, top performers can exceed this range through strong sales performance and customer relationships.
Present and explain F&I products and services to customers during the vehicle purchase process.

• Prepare and process finance contracts, lease agreements, and insurance documents accurately and timely.
• Work closely with lending institutions to secure financing solutions that meet customer needs.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and dealership policies to ensure compliance.
• Build strong relationships with customers to provide a positive buying experience and encourage repeat business.
• Handle customer questions and resolve any issues related to finance and insurance products.

Proven experience as an Automotive F&I Manager or similar role in the automotive industry.

• Strong knowledge of finance, insurance products, and lending processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with relevant state and federal regulations related to automotive finance and insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in finance or insurance is a plus.
