Responsibilities
Build strong customer relationships and create customers for life
Assist customers in selecting the right new or used vehicle based on their needs and budget
Deliver professional vehicle presentations, walkarounds, and test drives
Become an expert on Ford vehicles, trim levels, technology, accessories, financing options, and manufacturer programs
Follow up with customers to generate repeat and referral business
Learn and apply proven automotive sales processes and objection-handling techniques
Work closely with sales managers and finance teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
Achieve monthly sales goals and customer satisfaction objectives
Maintain accurate CRM records and customer follow-up activities
Qualifications
Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required
Experience in retail sales, customer service, hospitality, restaurants, wireless sales, call centers, or commission-based sales is a plus
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Positive, coachable, and self-motivated attitude
Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic and desire to succeed
Willingness to learn vehicle product knowledge, financing, and dealership processes
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
