What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3 years of retail automotive sales experience (required)
Prior Sales Management or F&I experience (required)
Proven success as a deal maker with a strong customer focus
High energy, positive leadership style, and passion for developing others
Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
Internet and social media proficiency a plus
Excellent closing and follow-up skills
Integrity, character, and professionalism in every interaction
What You’ll Do:
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed goals
Structure and desk deals to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction
Appraise trade-ins accurately and efficiently
Drive sales processes and ensure a seamless customer experience
Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
