Description
Join our team as a communication expert responsible for developing and executing internal communication strategies. Based in Pensacola, FL, this hybrid contract role requires a minimum of 3 days onsite per week. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful messaging using various communication platforms. Develop and deliver internal communications that align with business goals.

Create content for strategic initiatives and employee engagement. Draft and deliver clear, engaging content across internal channels. Manage communication timelines and editorial calendars. Coordinate logistics for communication campaigns and events. Analyze feedback and metrics to improve communication strategies. Collaborate with team members to identify resources for projects.

Key Responsibilities
Create and measure internal communications to engage employees. Support strategic initiatives by developing content. Align messaging with business objectives and engagement goals. Manage communication timelines and use content management systems. Coordinate logistics for communication campaigns and events. Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in communications or related field. Proficient in drafting internal announcements and intranet content. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with other departments. Understanding of employee engagement strategies.
