The Role

• Plan, coordinate, adapt, document, and secure nursing measures based on individual needs.
• Perform basic nursing care tailored to each resident's requirements.
• Administer medical treatments as prescribed by physicians, including medication.
• Engage respectfully with residents and their families, acknowledging their self-care abilities, needs, and wishes.
• Collaborate closely and cooperatively with all professional departments within the facility.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a registered nurse, such as geriatric nurse, professional nurse, or general and psychiatric nurse.
• Ideally, initial professional experience in hospital or geriatric care.
• Proficiency in computerized nursing documentation systems.
• Personal stability, composure, and patience when interacting with residents and their families.
