Hiring For Business Analyst

Job Title: Business Analyst Location: New Jersey Hybrid / Onsite Employment Type: W2 Contract Work Authorization: GC, GC-EAD, H4-EAD, U.S. Citizen About the Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand business needs, gather requirements, analyze processes, and support the delivery of effective business solutions. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders. Conduct meetings and interviews to understand business needs and objectives. Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and user stories. Create process flows, workflows, and business documentation. Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and project managers. Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning and backlog refinement. Assist with gap analysis, impact analysis, and process improvement initiatives.

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate solutions against business requirements. Track project progress, identify issues, and communicate updates to stakeholders. Maintain clear and accurate project documentation. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 0 3 years of experience or relevant training in Business Analysis. Basic understanding of requirements gathering and business process analysis. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools is a plus. Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
