Location: Richardson, TX 75082 (Hybrid: 3 Days/Week Onsite)
Pay Rate: $72.00/hr On W2

Role Summary
Seeking a Senior D365 CRM Lead / Techno-Functional Architect with 10–12+ years of relevant experience for a 9-month contract in Richardson, TX (Hybrid work setup).
The role serves as the single point of contact (Technical SME) driving solution architecture, enterprise integrations, complex customizations, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) for Dynamics 365 (Sales, Marketing, Field Services).
Key capabilities include server-side plugins, client scripting, Azure messaging (Service Bus, Logic Apps, Functions), and data migration via SSIS + KingswaySoft.
Key Responsibilities
* Architecture & Technical Leadership: Act as the primary Technical SME and Lead Architect, guiding design discussions with business leaders and translating complex requirements to technical development teams.
* D365 Customization & Integration: Design and implement server-side plugins, workflows, Power Apps Portals, and secure integration patterns (OData, Web API, OAuth 2.0, Azure AD).
* Decoupled Messaging & Orchestration: Leverage Azure Service Bus, Queues/Topics, Webhooks, and Azure Functions/Logic Apps for event-driven, decoupled enterprise architecture.
* Data Migration & ALM Governance: Lead data migration operations using SSIS with KingswaySoft, enforce best-practice coding standards, and maintain strict ALM build/deployment processes.
* Stakeholder Management: Work hand-in-hand with Infosys, Microsoft, and client leadership to track technical deliverables, manage risk, and secure architecture approvals.
Required Skills
* Core Experience: 10–12+ years of dedicated Dynamics CRM / D365 experience (Sales, Marketing, Field Services).
* Technical Stack: Deep hands-on mastery of C#, .NET, JavaScript, Plugins, Workflows, Power Apps Portals, OData/Web API, and OAuth 2.0.
* Azure Integration Stack: Proven experience with Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Webhooks.
* Data Migration: Hands-on experience with SSIS and KingswaySoft Dynamics 365 Toolkit.
* Certifications: Must hold relevant Dynamics 365 certifications.
