The Role

• Plan, coordinate, adapt, document, and secure nursing care measures
• Perform basic nursing care according to individual needs
• Administer medical nursing care as prescribed by doctors, such as medication
• Interact respectfully with residents' self-care abilities, needs, and wishes, and their families
• Collaborate closely and cooperatively with all departments within the facility

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a Registered Nurse (e.g., Geriatric Nurse, General Nurse, or Health and Nurse)
• Ideally, initial professional experience in hospital and/or geriatric nursing
• Proficiency in computer-assisted nursing documentation
• Personal stability, composure, and patience when interacting with residents and their families
