The Senior Organizational Change Manager will serve as the Program Communications Lead for a large-scale IT transformation program, driving program communications, stakeholder engagement, and cross-pod coordination. This role will ensure consistent messaging, alignment across workstreams, and effective communication of program changes to business stakeholders and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute program communications strategy, plans, and engagement activities.
• Create high-quality executive presentations, key messages, newsletters, communication assets, and multimedia content.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate content creation, enhance communication quality, develop presentations, and improve stakeholder engagement.
• Develop engaging videos, visual storytelling, and digital communication assets to communicate program updates, transformation impacts, and key messages.
• Lead cross-pod communications coordination in partnership with Change Integration Leads.
• Partner with SI OCM to align program and enterprise communications.
• Manage SharePoint communications content, resources, and centralized asset libraries.
• Establish and maintain communication templates, branding, and visual standards.
• Provide executive communications support, organizational insights, and actionable recommendations.
• Identify communication gaps, stakeholder concerns, and potential change adoption risks.
• Track communication deliverables and ensure alignment with overall program change management activities.

Required Skills:

• 3 5 years of OCM or program communications experience in a large corporate environment.
• Experience supporting large-scale IT transformation programs.
• Strong expertise in communication strategy, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional coordination.
• Excellent creative writing, storytelling, and advanced PowerPoint skills.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms for communication development and content creation.
• Experience creating professional videos, multimedia content, digital storytelling, and visually compelling communication materials.
• Proficiency in developing high-quality executive presentations, infographics, and audience-focused communication assets.
• Experience with SharePoint content management and communication asset development.
• Ability to communicate effectively from C-suite executives to individual contributors.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, facilitation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to provide strategic guidance while executing tactical communications deliverables.
