Senior UX Designer – Healthcare Digital Experience and Product Design Exp 

Remote

3+Months (Possibility Of Extension)

• Lead discovery, design, and validation for enterprise healthcare applications
• Run stakeholder interviews, workshops, and design reviews
• Produce user journeys, task flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Design dashboards, KPIs, alerts, insights, and drill-downs, with role-based experiences for business users, analysts, operations, and leadership
• Work within the existing enterprise design system
• Partner with product, architecture, engineering, and QA to make sure designs are built as intended
• Iterate on stakeholder and user feedback
• Meet usability, responsive design, and accessibility standards (Section 508 / WCAG)

• 7+ years in UX, product, or interaction design
• Strong Figma (or equivalent) skills
• Proven work on enterprise portals, dashboards, analytics, and information-dense products
• Solid grounding in user-centered design, IA, usability, and visual hierarchy
• Experience with stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirements discovery
• Experience with design systems and component libraries
• Knowledge of WCAG and Section 508
• Strong communication and presentation skills for both business and technical audiences
• Cross-functional collaboration experience (Marketing, Product, Engineering, QA, SMEs)

• Healthcare experience is required; payer, Medicaid, managed care, or public-sector programs are strongly preferred
• Familiarity with claims, eligibility, enrollment, providers, members, utilization, and operational reporting
• Understanding of healthcare KPIs and analytics
• Awareness of PHI/PII and HIPAA-aware design

• UX for analytics, reporting, or decision-support platforms
• Complex multi-role, permission-based workflows
• Working with Marketing or customer-experience teams on enterprise products
• Exposure to AI-enabled product experiences (no AI development experience needed)
• Medicaid or government healthcare experience (highly desirable)
