Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead the design of a healthcarefocused enterprise platform. This role involves simplifying complex healthcare workflows and datarich applications into intuitive, accessible, and consistent user journeys.
This is a handson UX / Product Design role not a frontend development position.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead UX discovery, design, and validation for enterprise healthcare applications.
• Partner with Marketing and business stakeholders to understand user personas, workflows, and pain points.
• Facilitate stakeholder interviews, discovery sessions, workshops, and design reviews.
• Create user journeys, task flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and highfidelity designs.
• Design intuitive experiences for dashboards, KPIs, alerts, insights, and drilldowns.
• Develop rolebased experiences for business users, analysts, operations teams, and leadership.
• Ensure consistency by working within the enterprise design system.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, QA, and architecture teams to ensure feasibility.
• Incorporate feedback through iterative design cycles.
• Ensure compliance with usability, responsive design, accessibility, and Section 508 / WCAG standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years in UX Design, Product Design, or Interaction Design.
• Strong handson experience with Figma or equivalent design tools.
• Proven experience designing enterprise portals, dashboards, and analytics applications.
• Expertise in usercentered design, information architecture, usability, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience conducting stakeholder interviews, workshops, and usability reviews.
• Familiarity with design systems and reusable component libraries.
• Knowledge of WCAG / Section 508 accessibility standards.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience collaborating with crossfunctional teams (Marketing, Product, Engineering, QA, SMEs).

Healthcare Domain Knowledge

• Required: Healthcare domain experience.
• Preferred: Medicaid, payer, or managed care experience.
• Understanding of healthcare data/workflows (claims, eligibility, enrollment, providers, members, utilization, reporting).
• Familiarity with healthcare KPIs, analytics, and performance reporting.
• Knowledge of PHI / PII considerations and HIPAAaware application design.
• Experience designing for healthcare business users, analysts, operations, and leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing UX for analytics or decisionsupport platforms.
• Exposure to complex enterprise workflows with multiple user roles.
• Experience working with Marketing or customerexperience teams.
• Familiarity with AIenabled product experiences (a plus).
• Medicaid or government healthcare program experience highly desirable.
