Director Global Oncology Marketing - Breast cancers

Merck seeks a Global Marketing Director for Women's Cancers with primary focus on breast cancer indications. This role drives commercial strategy, market development, and launch execution across the global women's cancers franchise within the oncology therapeutic area.

Responsibilities
Develop aligned commercial strategies with cross-functional partners for women's cancers indications
Conduct disease area assessments including burden of disease, competitive landscape, and unmet needs
Provide commercial input to product development teams on target product profiles and revenue forecasting
Lead launch and commercialization strategies with global execution plans and market insights
Engage regions and markets to support strategy implementation and ensure compliance standards
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required; Master's or MBA preferred
8+ years pharmaceutical commercial experience including oncology and product launches
Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
Expertise in business acumen, problem-solving, and managing complex initiatives
Ability to synthesize clinical data and scientific information into commercial insights
Experience influencing without authority and collaborating across cross-functional teams
In-market commercial or launch experience preferred; scientific background a plus
