Automotive Sales Consultant: KIA
We are an exciting new Kia dealership located in the rapidly growing community of Southaven, MS, and we’re building our sales team! This is a unique opportunity to be part of something from the ground up while representing one of the fastest-growing automotive brands in the industry.
As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will deliver a modern, transparent, and customer-focused buying experience. You’ll help customers find the perfect new or pre-owned vehicle to fit their lifestyle while building long-term relationships in our community. we have embraced the digital lifestyle and have laptops and tablets for every salesperson.
Welcome and assist customers in person, online, and by phone

• Understand customer needs and recommend the right vehicle
• Build trust and long-term customer relationships
• Follow up with internet leads, showroom traffic, and referrals
• Accurately complete sales documentation and CRM notes

Automotive sales experience strongly preferred, but we will train the right candidates

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Be part of a brand-new dealership with growth opportunities
• Represent an exciting and innovative automotive brand (Kia)
