The Role • Serve as an empathetic problem solver for commercial clients, recommending innovative solutions based on in-depth training. • Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and managing assigned leads. • Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development. • Conduct property inspections to identify pest issues and determine appropriate solutions. • Prepare sales agreements and maintain organization using provided technology. • Prioritize safety and conduct yourself with the utmost professionalism and integrity. What You'll Need • No prior pest control industry experience required; comprehensive training is provided. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Sales or customer relationship management experience. • High School Diploma or equivalent. • A valid driver's license. • Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification (company paid). • Ability to work independently in the field and interact with clients.
