Salesforce Agentforce Developer Apex, LWC & Aura

Location: Hartford, CT (Hybrid 3 Days Onsite per Week)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Agentforce Developer with strong hands-on Salesforce development expertise and experience with AI-driven Salesforce capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Agentforce, along with experience supporting enterprise applications and collaborating with distributed development teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura.
Implement and enhance Salesforce Agentforce capabilities to support AI-driven workflows and business processes.
Work with Salesforce AI features, including Agentforce, Einstein Bots, Prediction Builder, and Next Best Action.
Follow Salesforce platform architecture principles, coding standards, and development best practices.
Debug application issues, analyze Salesforce logs, troubleshoot defects, and optimize performance.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, development, testing, and release activities.
Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams to support development, troubleshooting, and delivery.
Contribute to source control, automated deployment, and release management processes.
Support application maintenance, defect resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura.
Experience with Salesforce Agentforce and its application development capabilities.
Familiarity with Salesforce AI tools, including Einstein Bots, Prediction Builder, and Next Best Action.
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and development best practices.
Experience debugging Salesforce applications using logs and monitoring tools.
Knowledge of application performance tuning and troubleshooting.
Experience working in Agile environments; SAFe methodology experience is preferred.
Experience collaborating with onshore and offshore teams.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Force.com IDE, Apex Data Loader, and ANT Migration Tool.
Experience with Salesforce deployment tools such as Copado and AutoRABIT.
Familiarity with GitHub, RTC, version control, and automation tools.
Experience with Salesforce CI/CD and release management practices.
