The Role • Engage with business owners and families within your assigned territory to understand their insurance needs. • Educate potential clients on how supplemental insurance products can bridge gaps in traditional health coverage. • Utilize a proven 10-step sales process, enhanced by AI coaching, to guide prospects from initial contact to closing. • Focus on building strong relationships and closing deals, with back-office support handling marketing, lead generation, and operations. • Collaborate with a supportive team, sharing best practices and celebrating successes. • Travel within your territory Monday through Thursday, with no evening or weekend work. What You'll Need • A strong work ethic and motivation to control and grow your income. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse individuals. • A self-starter mindset, eager to follow a proven system and learn from training and mentors. • Comfort and willingness to engage in overnight travel Monday–Thursday within your assigned territory. • Must be 18 years or older. • No prior insurance experience is necessary, as comprehensive training is provided.
