Job Description

Role: Chaos Tester

Location: Denver, CO (3 days at client offices )

Exp: 8-10 years exp in Chaos testing and resilency testing. 

          Exp in tools like Harness, gremlin, choas mesh etc

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8–10 years of overall experience in software testing, reliability engineering, DevOps, SRE, or a related discipline.

  • Strong hands-on experience in Chaos Engineering and Resiliency Testing.

  • Experience with one or more chaos engineering tools, such as:

  • Harness Chaos Engineering

  • Gremlin

  • Chaos Mesh

  • Similar chaos/resilience testing platforms.

  • Good understanding of distributed systems, microservices, cloud infrastructure, and failure scenarios.

  • Experience testing application resilience against:

  • Network failures

  • Service/instance failures

  • Resource exhaustion

  • Latency and performance degradation

  • Dependency failures

  • Database/service outages

  • Experience with automation and CI/CD integration.

  • Strong understanding of Kubernetes and containerized environments is preferred.

  • Good understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
