The Role

• Plan, design, and implement training for apprentices, managing their learning processes.
• Contribute to the planning, execution, and evaluation of practical examinations.
• Collaborate closely with all internal departments of the facility.
• Plan, coordinate, adapt, document, and ensure the quality of care measures.
• Perform basic and skilled nursing care for our clients.
• Respect and support clients' self-care abilities, wishes, and needs, as well as those of their families.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a certified nurse (e.g., geriatric nurse, general nurse, or registered nurse).
• Completed advanced training as a practice instructor in nursing (according to PflAPrV §4 Abs.3).
• Proficient in using electronic documentation systems for patient care.
• Personal stability, composure, and patience when interacting with clients and their families.
