The Role

• Manage and mentor a team of Credit Analysts, fostering their development and success.
• Provide guidance and support to the team, ensuring efficient operations.
• Step in to resolve complex customer account issues and evaluate orders requiring credit review.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to inform critical business decisions.
• Oversee and contribute to various special projects within the Credit department.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Credit or Collections.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
