The Role

• Manage and mentor a team of Credit Analysts, providing consistent feedback and support.
• Act as a point of contact for resolving complex customer account issues.
• Evaluate orders requiring credit review and provide timely approvals or denials.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to inform strategic business decisions.
• Lead and contribute to special projects within the Credit department.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree.
• 4+ years of experience in Credit or Collections.
• Exceptional communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
