The Role

• Manage and mentor a team of Credit Analysts, providing performance feedback and support.
• Resolve escalated customer account issues and review orders on credit hold.
• Conduct thorough financial analysis to inform strategic business decisions.
• Oversee and contribute to special projects within the Credit department.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree.
• 4+ years of experience in Credit or Collections.
• Proven leadership or team management capabilities.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
