The Role

• Manage and mentor a team of Credit Analysts, fostering their development and ensuring team success.
• Act as a key point of contact for resolving complex customer account issues and critically evaluating orders requiring credit review.
• Conduct thorough financial analysis to provide insights that drive high-impact business decisions.
• Lead and contribute to special projects within the Credit department.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• A strong foundation in Credit or Collections, with 4+ years of preferred experience.
• Exceptional communication, time management, and organizational skills.
