Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals. Desk deals and assist in closing sales. Work closely with Finance, BDC, and Inventory departments. Monitor CRM activity and ensure proper customer follow-up. Train and develop sales consultants. Maintain high customer satisfaction and CSI. Help manage inventory and pricing strategies. Ensure dealership processes and policies are followed. Qualifications

Previous Automotive Sales Manager experience required. Strong leadership and closing skills. Experience desking deals and managing sales staff. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
