The Role

• Deliver exceptional service to customers and prospects, identifying needs and providing tailored financial solutions.
• Proactively engage with existing customers and prospects to foster loyalty and identify opportunities through needs-based assessments.
• Recommend and guide customers on a range of financial solutions, including everyday banking, investments, lending, and small business offerings.
• Assist customers with transaction needs and provide advice on digital and self-serve options to simplify their banking experience.
• Collaborate with branch and remote partners to achieve business objectives and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Support customer credit needs by addressing inquiries and resolving issues while adhering to lending policies and regulatory requirements.

What You'll Need

• 2-3 years of relevant experience, with a post-secondary degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Working knowledge of personal and small business customer needs and solutions, including retail investments and lending products.
• Experience in a consultative customer service or sales role, with a passion for delivering a personal customer experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and connections with customers.
• An aptitude for listening, problem-solving, and responding flexibly to new challenges.
• Proficiency with social media, tablets, smartphones, and online tools.
