The Role

• Deliver exceptional customer service and identify customer needs to provide tailored financial advice.
• Proactively engage with existing customers and prospects through needs-based assessments to foster loyalty and identify opportunities.
• Recommend tailored financial solutions, including everyday banking, lending, home financing, and small business solutions.
• Advise clients on digital and self-serve banking options to simplify their experience.
• Support customer transaction needs and contribute to business growth by building new community relationships.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues, ensuring compliance with lending policies and regulatory requirements.

What You'll Need

• Typically 2-3 years of relevant experience, with a post-secondary degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Working knowledge of personal and small business customer needs and solutions.
• Experience in a consultative customer service or sales role, with a drive for personal customer experiences.
• Confidence and experience with digital tools, including social media, tablets, and online applications.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• A passion for helping customers and a focus on achieving results in a team-based environment.
