The Role

• Proactively engage with existing customers and prospects to understand their financial needs and offer tailored solutions.

What You'll Need

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in financial services or a related field.
• Working knowledge of personal and small business customer needs and solutions, including retail investments and lending products.
• Experience in a consultative customer service or sales role with a drive for delivering a personal customer experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and connections with customers.
