The Role

• Planning, coordinating, adapting, documenting, and ensuring nursing care measures.
• Performing basic personal care based on individual needs.
• Administering medical treatments as prescribed by physicians, such as medication.
• Respectfully engaging with clients' self-care abilities, wishes, and needs, as well as those of their families.
• Close, interdisciplinary collaboration with all professional departments within the facility.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a registered nurse (e.g., geriatric nurse, general nurse, or nurse)
• Desirable: Professional experience in hospital or geriatric nursing.
• Proficient in using IT-based nursing documentation systems.
• Personal stability, composure, and patience in dealing with clients and their families.
