Role: ETL Report Developer, Report Developer

Location: Remote

Duration : Long Term

Consultant Must have Medicare Advantage or Medicaid Healthcare Domain Experience
Required Qualifications:
  • Strong experience in Medicare Advantage and/or Medicaid Healthcare domain.
  • Excellent SQL and data analysis skills with hands-on experience in reporting, member communications, letters generation, or correspondence systems.
  • Experience with Crystal Reports preferred; exposure to other reporting tools such as SSRS, Power BI, Tableau, Cognos, or similar is also acceptable.
  • Experience with HealthSmart (HSP) is highly preferred; candidates with experience in other healthcare platforms such as Facets will also be considered.
  • Strong technical background with experience as a Senior Developer, Technical Lead, Technical Analyst, or Junior Architect.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
  • Healthcare claims, enrollment, benefits, and member services knowledge.
  • Data warehousing and reporting experience within healthcare environments.
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent.
