Description
The role involves supporting recruitment efforts for entry-level and high-volume positions. 
The position is a one-year contract with the possibility of renewal, based in WCC, HQ with a hybrid work setup. 
The Recruiter will utilize various recruitment methods and technologies to engage candidates and ensure a smooth hiring process.

Key Responsibilities
Perform full cycle recruiting for entry-level and high-volume positions.
Develop recruitment strategies to support business leaders.
Maintain communication with team leaders on workflow.
Assist in Talent Acquisition initiatives including process improvements.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications
Entry-level experience in a relevant field with knowledge of employment laws.
Knowledge of effective screening and interview techniques.
Ability to navigate recruitment software and programs.
Familiarity with relevant employment regulations and practices.
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
