Job Description:
A Quadient Developer specializes in building and maintaining Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions using the Quadient Inspire platform. The role involves designing personalized customer documents (statements, invoices, policies, letters), automating communication workflows, and integrating Quadient with enterprise systems.
 
Typical Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain applications using Quadient Inspire (Designer, Interactive, Scaler, Content Manager).
  • Create and modify document templates for print, email, SMS, and web communications.
  • Develop data mappings and document composition workflows.
  • Integrate Quadient solutions with enterprise applications (CRM, ERP, REST/SOAP APIs).
  • Perform testing, debugging, and production support.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Ensure code quality through reviews, documentation, and adherence to development standards.
  • Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
Required Skills
  • Strong experience with Quadient Inspire Suite
  • Knowledge of CCM (Customer Communication Management)
  • XML, JSON, SQL, JavaScript
  • Data mapping and document composition
  • REST/SOAP API integration
  • Version control (Git)
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2–8+ years of Quadient Inspire experience (depending on the role)
  • Quadient Inspire certification (preferred)
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum and DevOps
  • Familiarity with banking, insurance, telecom, or healthcare domains
