<>Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Administration and Development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, supporting, and enhancing Salesforce solutions, integrations, and business processes for a large enterprise environment.

<>Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, troubleshoot, and support Salesforce applications.
• Develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, Triggers, Flows, Visualforce, and APIs.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
• Manage deployments, security, roles, permissions, and data migrations.
• Diagnose issues, perform root-cause analysis, and optimize system performance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, QA teams, and project managers to deliver enhancements.

<>Required Skills

• Strong experience with Salesforce Development & Administration.
• Expertise in Apex, Lightning, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, APIs, and Integrations.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce security, data modeling, and automation.
• Experience designing and supporting enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.

<>Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, App Builder).
• Agile/Scrum experience.
• Public sector or healthcare industry experience.
